Learn more about us here. **Continuous Training** 50 hours/year during working hours \+ access to the MIDE catalog \+ language training. **Flexible Working Hours and Remote Work** Trust- and results-based model: * 100% remote if you live outside the Basque Country * 2 office days per week if you reside in the Basque Country * Remote work expense allowance **You’re Probably Wondering: What Would I Do as a MarTech \& Analytics Engineer?** You will serve as the technical reference for digital measurement architecture, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure data arrives clean, intact, and scalable from any source. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage GTM containers (client- and server-side), designing solutions adapted to each client’s technical constraints. * Implement and troubleshoot issues in Firebase, Measurement Protocol, and server-side tracking. * Deploy and manage GTM Server-Side containers, ensuring first-party context and data security. * Model data in BigQuery using SQL to optimize costs and performance. * Develop scripts for automated extraction and loading of data from third-party APIs. * Guarantee data quality: integrity, absence of duplicates, and session continuity. * Audit implementations and keep technological architecture documentation up to date. **Tech Stack and Tools:** * Google Analytics 4 (advanced events, e-commerce, audiences, BigQuery Export) * Google Tag Manager (web and server-side) * Firebase Analytics (iOS/Android apps) * BigQuery \+ SQL * REST APIs and offline data sources * JavaScript applied to tracking (DOM, dataLayer) * QA and implementation auditing tools **What Will Make You Succeed?** * \+7 years of experience in technical digital analytics (implementation, architecture, marketing data engineering) * Strong proficiency in GA4, Firebase, and the Google ecosystem * Experience with web and server-side GTM * Knowledge of Measurement Protocol and offline data collection * SQL in BigQuery * Experience integrating REST APIs * JavaScript applied to tracking and dataLayer * Knowledge of Machine Learning / AI applied to predictive analytics (desirable) * Experience with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes (desirable) **Soft Skills:** * Ability to clearly communicate technical topics to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders * High level of autonomy and prioritization capability * Continuous improvement mindset and quality orientation * Ability to work directly with client developers and infrastructure teams **Which Values Do We Share as LIN3RS?** * Continuous improvement * Professionalism * Transparency * Results orientation We believe diversity drives innovation.
