WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic World is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager for our establishments located in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously growing company. * Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Adherence to standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the quality and service standards set by the chain. * Team management and service supervision. Requirements * Education: Compulsory secondary education / High school diploma / Pre-university studies. * Proven experience in the role, minimum 1–2 years. * Leadership capability for teams. * Language skills: Intermediate English level (valued). * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management. * Customer orientation. * Strong commercial aptitude.
