WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic World seeks Bar Managers for our establishments located in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously expanding company. * Contract type: Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. * Position type: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Compliance with standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring customer satisfaction in line with quality standards. * Team management and service supervision. Requirements * Education: High School Diploma / Baccalaureate / COU. * Proven experience in the role, minimum 1–2 years. * Demonstrated team leadership ability. * Languages: Intermediate English level (valued). * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management. * Customer orientation. * Strong commercial skills.
