Description

The production operator will be responsible for control tasks on the production line, ensuring that workflow remains efficient and that established quality standards are met. Their duties will include direct supervision of the product during various manufacturing stages, identifying any deviations or defects that may arise. Additionally, they will perform material handling and preparation tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the production process and maintaining an organized and safe working environment. In this role, the professional must coordinate activities with other team members to ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled deadlines. A proactive attitude in resolving minor incidents and clear communication with supervisors regarding the status of the production line are expected. The position requires constant attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating procedures, ensuring consistency in final product quality. The work environment is dynamic and part of the industrial sector, where precision and efficiency are fundamental values. The operator will play a key role in the value chain, directly supporting the transformation of raw materials into finished products ready for distribution. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical technical skills in a real production setting, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. The contract has an initial duration of 1 to 3 months. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, under a rotating two-shift system (morning or afternoon). The offered salary is 1\.846,50 euros per month, in accordance with current regulations. Previous experience in industrial production environments and immediate availability to start the position are required. Completion of at least primary education is mandatory. Practical knowledge of warehouse assistant tasks—such as order management and material organization—will be valued.
