Actively contribute to performance and customer satisfaction. **Your Mission:** * Ensure facility compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as technical regulations under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IFS certifications. * Oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of refrigerated facilities, equipment, and furniture. * Plan interventions and enforcement measures for the work team. * Prepare the technical service budget in collaboration with Management. * Implement and manage performance indicators. * Drive continuous improvement procedures (technological monitoring, implementation of dashboards and practical solutions). * Manage a team to effectively achieve objectives. * Ensure development in occupational health and safety. **What We Are Looking For:** * Vocational Training (Intermediate/Advanced Level) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance / Mechanical Industrial Engineering degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in industrial/logistics facility management. * Knowledge of management tools (CMMS, SCADA). * Responsible, results-oriented, customer-focused individual with experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of automation, low-voltage systems, and industrial refrigeration is a plus. **What We Are Looking For:** * Education: Technical Industrial Engineering degree / Advanced Vocational Training in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in industrial/logistics facility management. * Knowledge of management tools (CMMS, SCADA). * Responsible, results-oriented, customer-focused individual with experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of automation, low-voltage systems, and industrial refrigeration is a plus. **What Sets STEF Apart?** Being a Maintenance Manager at STEF means developing competencies within a specialized cold-chain management environment, proposing new ideas, and participating in projects alongside a strong team.
