Incident resolution and customer support **What You Can Expect** **:** At Rhenus Logistics, we seek to hire an experienced "Distribution Operative" for our Barcelona office. The primary mission is to execute distribution processes to ensure seamless service operations and deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer service requests * Receive and process orders * Coordinate deliveries with recipients * Coordinate deliveries with transportation providers and assembly teams * Prepare transportation documentation * Open, manage, and invoice shipments * Resolve incidents **What You Bring:** **Requirements:** * Education in logistics and transportation * Minimum of 1 year’s prior experience in a similar role * English proficiency is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Customer-facing skills * RHENUS ROAD SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
