The primary mission is to execute distribution processes to ensure seamless service operations and deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer service requests * Receive and process orders * Coordinate deliveries with recipients * Coordinate deliveries with transportation providers and assembly teams * Prepare transportation documentation * Open, manage, and invoice shipments * Resolve incidents **What You Bring:** **Requirements:** * Education in logistics and transportation * Minimum of 1 year’s prior experience in a similar role * English proficiency is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Customer-facing skills * RHENUS ROAD SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
