We are seeking an accountant for a company in the marketing and communications sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in organizing and developing the company's finance function. Key responsibilities include managing the full accounting cycle: recording customer and supplier invoices, posting bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations, and preparing journal entries. Responsibilities also include managing fixed assets and depreciation, preparing monthly and annual financial closings, coordinating with external advisors when necessary, and supporting the implementation of internal processes. In addition, financial reports for management will be prepared, and the candidate will participate in building the accounting department. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule from 09:00 to 17:50, including legally mandated breaks. * Proven experience in accounting roles within the Spanish market. * Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts. * Experience in managing taxes and fiscal obligations in Spain. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Spanish \- Intermediate. * Formal education in Accounting or related field completed in Spain. \- Financial and accounting knowledge aligned with current Spanish regulations.
