At **XTART**, part of the Grupo UAX educational ecosystem, we are seeking an **Educational Programs PMO** to support the management and evolution of our Vocational Training (FP) specializations.
We seek an organized, analytical individual capable of coordinating projects end-to-end—someone who enjoys collaborating across diverse teams and turning information and requirements into concrete action plans.
**What will be your challenge?**
You will join the team **responsible for driving and evolving our specializations, participating across their entire lifecycle:** from identifying new opportunities to tracking results and continuously improving each program.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Corporate Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Training Centers, instructors, Administration, e-learning, Finance, and Executive Leadership—ensuring projects progress on schedule, with accurate information and a clear focus on outcomes.
**What will you do?**
* Coordinate projects for new specializations and monitor their progress.
* Participate in identifying and analyzing new training opportunities alongside companies, centers, and internal teams.
* Track the development and launch of programs, coordinating all involved stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project profiles, progress reports, and profitability analyses.
* Analyze business and academic KPIs: enrollments, conversion rates, profitability, satisfaction, progression, and retention.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for Executive Leadership, highlighting deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate timelines, milestones, tasks, and interdependencies across departments.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to monitor student recruitment and propose data-driven adjustments.
* Monitor student and instructor experience, identifying issues and improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate program rollout and track performance across each cohort.
* Participate in post-program analysis and closure, identifying lessons learned and improvement actions.
* Propose innovative ideas and opportunities to develop distinctive specializations aligned with market needs.
**What are we looking for?**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
* 2\-4 years of experience in project management, PMO functions, academic program coordination, or similar roles.
* Experience in education, Vocational Training (FP), universities, corporate training, EdTech, or related fields is highly valued.
* Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments and teams.
* Strong analytical skills and data orientation; proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365\.
* Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, budgeting, and invoicing is a plus.
* Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Clear communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse professional profiles.
* Autonomy, initiative, and ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
