JOB OFFERING: Technical and/or Training Coordinator Contract: Temporary until December 2026 Objective: Manage and supervise the simulated company, energize the professional team, and ensure achievement of objectives Program Management: Supervise departments of the simulated company and implement the Annual Action Plan. Business Prospecting: Promote the program and attract collaborating companies in the region. Team Coordination: Lead follow-up, evaluation, and selection meetings for teaching/technical staff. Administrative Management: Control official documentation for public administration and reporting. Resources Management: Ensure infrastructure maintenance and continuous training of the team. * 36 months of experience. TECHNICAL AND/OR TRAINING COORDINATOR * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Business Administration and Management or Business Sciences * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or Business Sciences * Bachelor’s degree in Economics * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Required social competencies: High degree of responsibility; organizational ability; commitment to the organization; attention to detail/accuracy; ACTIC Level 2 or Level 3. * Temporary employment contract (8 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 3287 * Other relevant information: Working hours: morning and afternoon.
