The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of delivered services, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and optimal team organization. Main Responsibilities: * Management and Organization: Planning, coordination, and monitoring of home care services, ensuring appropriate coverage of each client's needs. * Customer Service: Direct liaison with families and users to assess their needs, monitor service delivery, and effectively and empathetically resolve any incidents. * Personnel Management: Coordination of caregivers and domestic service staff, including service assignment, schedule control, and ongoing support. * Quality Supervision: Ensuring all services are delivered according to the quality, professionalism, and trust standards that characterize MSoluciona. * Support to Management: Close collaboration with senior management in implementing operational strategies and continuously improving internal processes. Profile Requirements To be suitable for this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: * Academic Qualification: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Sciences, or related field. * Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in corporate management, preferably in coordination, operations, or managerial roles.
