




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive event management and customer service, including marketing, budgeting, and supervision of convention and banquet services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive event management and convention and banquet services. 2. Marketing and sales of meeting rooms and meetings. 3. Customer loyalty through detailed service. **Customer Service**: * Schedule appointments with customers to showcase available spaces. * Follow up on scheduled appointments. * Build customer loyalty through detailed service. **Internal Department Resource Management Tasks**: * Prepare quotations for meetings, conventions, social events, football teams, and golf teams. * Budget convention and banquet services. * Track active quotations. * Ensure smooth event operations before, during, and after the event, directly liaising with the client. * Prepare and complete departmental control documents. * Guarantee proper use of room scheduling; update and maintain it in good condition at all times. * Supervise convention and banquet service contracts. * Supervise event deposits (advance payment and earnest money). * Conduct monthly production control for the next three months and summarize visits handled during the current month. * Supervise event deposits (advance payment and earnest money). * Conduct monthly production control for the next three months and summarize visits handled during the current month. * Market and sell meeting room and meeting services. * Handle reservations and update group information. * Lead group meetings with departments.
