Coordination of expanded collaboration needs within engineering to support procurement. Evaluation of services delivered through purchase order scopes. Filtering of core vs. non-core activities. Management of financial allocation of capacity invoices to projects. A professional experienced in managing engineering service subcontracting, capable of identifying, negotiating with, and coordinating external suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of specialized technical services.
