Site Manager - Technical Architect

Is construction and renovation your field? A prominent architecture firm specializing in rehabilitation and renovation seeks to hire a TECHNICAL ARCHITECT \- SITE MANAGER with at least 4\-5 years of experience in on-site control and supervision for both new construction and comprehensive renovation projects. You will be responsible for controlling, planning, and managing costs for the construction and renovation projects we are carrying out across various locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sourcing suitable subcontractors; issuing monthly certifications. * Highly organized individual with strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and camaraderie. * Negotiating with suppliers; preparing measurements and budgets. * Reassessing construction work, planning construction activities, and managing material procurement and subcontracting through comparative analysis. * Liaising with the technical director and property owners by defining work units, execution procedures, and preparing contradictory pricing documents. * Extensive experience in the responsibilities described above. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, PRESTO, and Excel (knowledge of other tools such as Project, Arquímedes, etc., is desirable). * Prior experience with construction companies is valued. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 4\-5 years of experience as a Site Manager / Quantity Surveyor. * Must possess sufficient capability to assume full responsibility for assigned projects. * Knowledge of structural engineering is desirable. * Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers are essential. * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Presto or any other budgeting software, and Project or any other construction scheduling software is valued. * Prior experience with construction companies is valued. * Must be available to travel / commute to assigned project sites located in various regions, depending on scheduling.
