Is construction and renovation your field? A prestigious architecture firm specializing in rehabilitation and renovation projects is seeking to hire a **Senior Site Manager** with extensive experience in construction control, supervision, and execution. The candidate must possess strong capabilities in construction control, planning, and cost management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Planning and execution of construction projects * Identification and selection of suitable subcontractors * Preparation of monthly progress certifications * Negotiation with suppliers; preparation of measurements and budgets * Construction re-evaluation, planning, procurement management for materials and subcontracting services through comparative analysis * Coordination with the technical director and client by defining work units, execution procedures, and budget preparation * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, PRESTO, and Excel (Project, Arquímedes, etc. are desirable) * Highly organized individual with strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and camaraderie **REQUIREMENTS:** * Qualification as a Building Surveyor / Technical Architect (or higher) * Minimum 10 years’ experience as Site Manager / Building Surveyor * Experience in projects (construction or renovation) valued at least €3 million * Sufficient capability to assume full responsibility for assigned projects * Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers, mandatory * Proficiency in required software (Excel, AutoCAD, Presto/Project or Arquímedes) **WE OFFER:** Permanent position with indefinite-term contract Gross annual salary: €45\-50k (depending on qualifications) Company vehicle Mobile phone and other allowances/incentives **Do you meet the requirements of this position?
