Provide direct customer assistance and advice We are looking to hire a Section Manager to strengthen our dining room team at Sa Punta Restaurant Mallorca during the season. Your mission will be to ensure excellent restaurant service by leading and organizing your area to guarantee high-quality customer service and efficient management of resources and staff. What will you do upon joining the team? * Professionally, independently, and responsibly execute food and beverage service and sales. * Prepare and supervise work areas for service. * Provide direct customer service for beverage and food consumption. * Monitor and inspect goods and equipment used in the section. * Coordinate and supervise tasks specific to your area’s operations. Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Invoice and collect payments from customers. * À la carte restaurant service What do we value in this position? * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
