Assist in the preparation and service of all meal options on the à la carte menus according to recipes and hotel standards. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. ### **Requirements** Knowledge of HACCP standards and their practical application. Inspect and monitor kitchen supplies, reporting any issues, as well as maintenance incidents. Inform the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef about surplus/shortage of daily-use ingredients, and manage and safeguard the storage and optimal utilization of provided products. Prepare dishes according to recipes, hotel quality standards, and presentation guidelines, minimizing waste. Thorough knowledge of the entire menu, daily specials, and promotions. Requirements: Prior experience in culinary operations, preferably in hotels and rooftop venues. Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline (preferred). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to collaborate cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus on guest needs while maintaining composure and courtesy. Languages: Spanish; English is a plus.
