Come join our team, where every day presents an opportunity to create and promote unique experiences for our guests. **General Job Objective:** Responsible for managing guest check-in, in-house, and check-out procedures, ensuring quality service throughout the entire stay. **Main Responsibilities Include:** * Responsible for executing, developing, and maintaining excellent customer service during check-in, in-house, and check-out. * Plan daily room assignments, verifying reservations against required documentation and applying established room allocation criteria. * Review prepayments to prevent non-payment from agencies. * Daily upselling control: review previous day’s sales and record production to track monthly and annual targets. * Keep internal departmental procedures up to date. * Daily review of deductions – responsibilities, supporting documents, and justifications; cash management; cash count; settlement; and cash vouchers; management and control (charges and payments, credits, upgrades, complimentary stays, special rates, room blocks and unblocks); control of advances and invoices. * Control of TTOO/AAVV contracts and credit invoicing; invoicing for no-shows and cancellations. * Review of the police file and compliance with submission requirements per regulations. * Control of F\&B production (tickets, covers, and incidents). * Staffing control according to budget, occupancy, and operational needs. Preparation of work shifts in accordance with regulations and internal company agreements. * Establishment and implementation of individual evaluation and training plans for each team member. * Collaborate with the Revenue Department to maximize occupancy levels by reviewing and implementing revenue and pricing strategies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Advanced English proficiency.
