




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Manager (M/F) for Ojala Beach Madrid, responsible for culinary production, quality, hygiene, and team and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead culinary production and ensure consistent quality. 2. Efficiently manage inventory and coordinate the kitchen team. 3. Develop weekly menus and ensure kitchen cleanliness. The La Musa Group is looking for a KITCHEN MANAGER (M/F) for our Madrid restaurant, Ojala Beach. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the restaurant’s culinary production in accordance with technical specifications. Ensuring service delivery of said production and controlling raw materials. Preparing the weekly menu for the following week; if necessary, respecting raw material proportions established by management. Guaranteeing consistent product quality (taste, presentation, and hygiene) for items on sale. Being responsible for kitchen cleanliness in compliance with current regulations, in coordination with the office team. Managing raw material inventory (procurement, stock rotation). Coordinating staff activities (schedules / vacations / holidays). Receiving and storing goods. Performing any tasks related to the smooth operation of the establishment (e.g., closing procedures, supplier reception, daily routine tasks aimed at expanding operational scope in the long term, etc.).
