Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Technical Industrial Engineer to develop and coordinate activity projects and ensure regulatory compliance, intervening in all technical and administrative phases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in the development and coordination of activity projects 2. Full drafting of activity projects and technical reports 3. Technical coordination with installation teams and communication with clients An engineering firm based in Badalona is looking for a Technical Architect or Technical Industrial Engineer to carry out activity projects, licensing procedures, or fire protection projects, requiring a minimum of one year’s experience. Knowledge of applicable municipal and technical regulations, proficiency in AUTOCAD, and experience with administrative procedures via the Empresa Channel/EAC are required. An indefinite-term contract is offered, with a 35-hour weekly work schedule and an annual gross salary ranging from 24\.000 to 30\.000 euros, depending on qualifications. Participate in the development and coordination of activity projects and regulatory compliance, intervening in the various technical and administrative phases of the project. Full drafting of activity projects and technical reports. Regulatory justification according to: CTE (DB\-SI and DB\-SUA), RSCIEI, OMAIIA, and municipal regulations. Processing and management of files before ECA and public administrations. Technical coordination with installation teams. Technical communication with developers, clients, and public administrations. Technical supervision of projects in office, residential complex, commercial, and public service facilities. * 12 months’ experience as an architect or engineer in activity projects. * Technical Architect * Technical Industrial Engineer * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of municipal and applicable technical regulations.
