Currently, we are looking for two dynamic and committed individuals to join as **Store Managers** for the brands **Moda Re-** and **Beyondwear**. Main Responsibilities: * Attend to and retain customers by providing personalized, high-quality service. * Manage the sales point: store image, cash register, and window displays. * Analyze sales indicators and establish action plans to achieve objectives. * Organize and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Manage inventory: orders, receipt, restocking, and inventory control. * Use the POS system and keep records and log sheets up to date. * Coordinate and distribute team tasks, leveraging each person’s strengths and skills. * Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations. * Promote and convey the Foundation’s values. Requirements: * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and/or Intermediate Vocational Training in Commercial Activities. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales point management and team coordination. * Basic office software knowledge. * Proactive and initiative-driven individual, capable of anticipating store needs and proposing improvements that enhance the shopping experience and results. * Customer-oriented, with ability to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions tailored to customer needs, increasing satisfaction and loyalty. * Flexibility to adapt to changing rhythms and business needs, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude. * Leadership capacity to guide and motivate the team, fostering cohesion and developing each person’s potential.
