We are currently seeking to hire a **Warehouse Manager** at our **Manusa** office. **Job Mission:** Ensure proper warehouse management, guaranteeing receipt, control, and storage of raw materials; efficient movement of materials to production lines; and preparation of shipments for final product dispatch—all focused on **process optimization**, **human team management**, **on-time delivery compliance**, and **process quality**. **Responsibilities:** **Management of the warehouse human team** o Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff. o Plan shifts and task assignments to ensure productivity. o Foster a safe and collaborative environment. * **Receiving and control of raw materials** o Supervise material intake, verifying quantities and quality. o Ensure accurate documentation and ERP system registration. * **Stock and storage management** o Monitor inventories and ensure correct material placement. o Implement space optimization methods and waste reduction strategies. o Conduct periodic inventory counts and turnover analysis. * **Material movement to production** o Coordinate material supply to manufacturing lines according to planning. o Minimize waiting times and ensure uninterrupted production flow. * **Order preparation and dispatch loading** o Organize order preparation and loading for distribution. o Guarantee on-time delivery and quality standards in dispatch operations. * **Process optimization and continuous improvement** o Analyze warehouse performance indicators (KPIs). o Propose and implement improvements in processes, systems, and organization. o Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Experience in team management and operational coordination. * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus. * Analytical capability for inventory management and KPI tracking. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and warehouse safety regulations. * Digital skills and proficiency in office software. * Organized, results-oriented individual with leadership ability and effective communication skills. **What we offer:** * Opportunities for personal and professional development at a sector-leading company. * Positive working environment. * Flexible start and end times. * Intensive Friday and summer schedules, according to the company’s official calendar.
