At **Alya Pilates**, we are about to open the doors of a new space dedicated to **Pilates machines**, and we want to bring on board someone who is enthusiastic about joining this project from the outset. We are looking for a person eager to create a welcoming atmosphere, support students in their progress, and grow alongside the studio. **What are we looking for?** A Pilates machine instructor who enjoys teaching small groups (maximum 6 people) and who has the **availability and interest to gradually expand working hours** as demand increases. This is a growing project, and we would love to have someone who wishes to grow with it. The schedule we need to cover is **a continuous 8 hours per week:** Monday to Thursday, 7–9 PM. *Hour expansion will be progressive, based on increasing student numbers, and agreed upon mutually by both parties.* **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Teach Pilates machine classes in groups of up to 6 people. * Prepare sessions tailored to students’ needs. * Create a pleasant, safe, and approachable environment. **Requirements** * Certification in Pilates machines with Reformer. * Positive attitude, approachability, and professional conduct. * Availability during the indicated schedule. **What we offer** * The opportunity to join an exciting new project. * A positive work environment and strong team collaboration. * A real opportunity to increase working hours. * **Permanent contract salary** above the collective agreement.
