Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage accounting operations, ensure reliable monthly closings and tax compliance, and contribute rigor and reliability to financial information while supporting the professionalization of accounting processes. We are looking for an **Accountant** to manage accounting operations, guarantee reliable monthly closings, and ensure compliance with tax obligations. Your primary objective will be to deliver rigor, reliability, and timeliness in financial information while contributing to the professionalization of accounting processes amid growth and integration of new subsidiaries. The position reports directly to the Finance Director of Paprec Spain. You will play a key role in the Group’s commercial expansion within the industrial segment. **Responsibilities** **General Accounting and Month-End Close** * Posting entries in A3 and subsequent migration/integration into Oracle. * Recording and reviewing supplier invoices. * Preparing payment batches, managing outstanding items, and tracking incoming and outgoing invoices. * Performing accounting and bank reconciliations. * Preparing month-end close documentation: billing summary, purchases summary, and other supporting documents. **Intercompany** * Intercompany reconciliations with group entities. * Reviewing and resolving discrepancies between subsidiaries. **Process Improvement** * Actively participating in the standardization and digitalization of accounting processes. * Proposing improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. * Supporting the accounting integration of new Group subsidiaries. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to join an international group undergoing rapid expansion in Spain. * Direct reporting to the Finance Director and strong organizational visibility. * A strategic project offering autonomy, impact, and real capability to build market presence. * A dynamic, professional environment focused on growth. * Professional development within a leading European Group. **Education** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. **Experience** * Experience in general accounting, monthly closings, and financial reporting. * Experience in multi-subsidiary environments or intercompany processes is highly valued. * Experience with A3 and, ideally, Oracle. **Technical Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation (VAT, SII, Corporate Income Tax). * Mastery of the full accounting cycle. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with auditing and annual financial statements. **Languages** * English or French is an asset. **Personal Competencies** * Rigor, autonomy, and reliability. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines. * Analytical capability. * Adaptability and ease working with international teams. * Continuous improvement mindset.
