Leading the HR team at the Ontígola center and working hand-in-hand with the HRBP, you will be responsible for driving people management and building with the team a solid, efficient, and future-oriented environment. **What will your day-to-day look like?** **Your main challenges:** * Manage Labor Relations and all HR matters at the site, in coordination with the HRBP. * Launch and implement corporate policies on recruitment, talent development, and training. * Ensure that policies and practices comply with labor legislation and support business strategy. * Participate in collective negotiations together with the HRBP. * Act as liaison with legal representatives and unions. * Apply disciplinary procedures when appropriate. * Lead and develop the site's HR team. **What we are looking for:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar (Master's in HR is a plus). * At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in industrial or logistics environments. * Minimum B2 level in English (mandatory). * Solid experience in collective bargaining. * Autonomous, proactive, analytical person with a continuous improvement mindset. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills. **What we offer:** * The opportunity to lead transformative initiatives in a dynamic and people-focused environment. * Corporate culture based on respect, innovation, and inclusion. * Training and development programs. * Benefits focused on well-being and work-life balance.
