We lead the development of state-of-the-art technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our team on strategic ATM projects!** As a leader in air traffic management (ATM) and critical aviation solutions, we are seeking to reinforce our team with a European Project Engineering Manager possessing solid expertise in network architectures, data center environments, and advanced communication technologies — to join a strategic R\+D project in the ATM sector. **What will you do?** * Design and coordinate network architecture solutions for ATM environments, including routing \& switching in critical infrastructures, integration of NFV/SDN technologies, and multicast traffic management (IGMP/PIM). * Plan, coordinate, and monitor tasks across European projects, reporting status updates to the Program and Partners. * Coordinate activities with national and international partners, ensuring system and network interoperability. * Analyze network traces and diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark to guarantee communication quality and security. * Prepare technical reports and documentation (including RFPs), and supervise correct application of ATM standards. * Lead technical meetings, present results to the consortium, and serve as the primary technical contact point for partners. * Identify risks and deviations during integration of network and virtualized systems. * Transfer knowledge to the integration and deployment team, ensuring operational continuity. * Control and supervise generated technical documentation, including use of the RDL. * Monitor and track effort hours, tasks, and progress across all involved areas. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
