Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive kitchen assistant for raw material preparation, dish preparation, and maintaining kitchen order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in dish preparation and daily kitchen operations. 2. Cleaning and organizing utensils. 3. Availability to work weekends and holidays. In Alcalá de Henares, staff is sought to join as a kitchen assistant in a food industry company. Tasks include raw material preparation: washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing food items. The role also supports dish preparation, handles cleaning and organization of utensils, assists with daily kitchen operations, and performs other duties inherent to the position. A full-time contract of 40 hours per week is offered, with a rotating shift schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 01:30, respecting legally mandated rest periods. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required. * Minimum 6 months’ experience performing the described duties. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
