Resolve incidents and find clever workarounds for technical issues ### **Job Title** Internship: Customer Support Engineer Intern ### **Job Description** **Minimum required Education:** High School Diploma plus Active student status/enrollment at the University, College or Vocational Education. **Minimum required Experience:** No prior experience required. **Minimum required Certification:** N/A **Job title:** Customer Support – Digital Computational Pathology – Intern **Your role:** * Work with incidents of the server software solutions to Philips and Customer managed environments. * Consulting the customers on technical IT topics and questions. * Excel and data analytics. * Working together with scanner engineers to connect high resolution tissue scanners to the IT backends that you set up and maintain. * Work with server and storage hardware with Philips managed standardized platforms. * Resolving incidents and finding clever workarounds for possible technical issues. * Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings. * Providing technical contact to customers during the implementation phase and owning the customer experience to ensure successful delivery and installation. * Working as an active part of a project team to provide the customer with a predictable and professional delivery experience.
