We are looking for a **B2B Sales Assistant** to join our marketing team, whose main responsibilities would include: * Managing administrative tasks related to the sales cycle, including preparation and tracking of quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and associated documentation. * Providing attention and support to B2B clients, resolving operational inquiries and tracking incidents, requests, and assigned projects. * Performing administrative follow-up on projects and commercial opportunities, ensuring information remains up-to-date and deadlines are met. * Supporting the Sales Agent in preparing information, documentation, and materials required for commercial activities.
