Workplace based on cooperation and mutual respect. **GRUPO GALLO** is seeking a **Project Engineer for its El Carpio factory**. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and executing industrial projects, ensuring operational efficiency, food safety, and continuous improvement of production processes. Reporting to the Corporate Engineering Director, the candidate will join the Engineering Department of a leading company in the food and consumer goods sector. **Responsibilities:** * Lead engineering projects focused on process improvement, implementation of new technologies, and optimization of production lines. * Manage installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and industrial machinery. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Food Safety departments to ensure proper project execution. * Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies for new investments. * Supervise external suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Manage the plant’s annual Capex budget. * Handle legal registration of new machinery with competent authorities. * Propose technical solutions contributing to energy efficiency, sustainability, and reduction of operational costs. * Ensure regulatory compliance regarding safety, hygiene, and applicable legislation in all projects. * Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations for management. * Support the Maintenance Department in tracking actions related to industrial safety. **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the food industry. * In-depth knowledge of production processes, industrial automation, and processing/packaging machinery. * Experience in project management. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and skills in managing multidisciplinary teams. * Preferably experience in industrial safety management and knowledge of food safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * English level: B2 **We Offer:** Opportunity for professional development in a leading company.
