We are currently seeking a **Senior Electrical Engineer** specialized in **Industrial Plant Projects**, to join our team based at our **Madrid** office. ###### **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the development and supervision of conceptual engineering for Industrial Power Generation Plant Projects (BESS Engineering, Synchronous Condensers, Waste-to-Energy, Combined Cycles, Biogas, Hydrogen, etc). * Design low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, including load calculations, short-circuit analysis, protection system design, and device coordination. * Prepare single-line diagrams, control schematics, and electrical distribution panel layouts. * Select electrical equipment (transformers, switchboards, MCCs — Motor Control Centers, conduits, etc). * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and bulk material specifications for procurement. * Support tendering processes, budgeting, and electrical construction monitoring. * Ensure compliance with IEC, RETIE, NTC, IEEE, and NEC standards as applicable to the project scope. * Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and control disciplines for integrated design. **Requirements** * Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * +8 years of experience as an electrical engineer in industrial projects.
