Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily production coordination and continuous improvement. 2. Industrial process analysis and work organization. 3. Leadership and team development. Florette Hortícola Navarra seeks a Selection Team Leader to: * Coordinate the daily production assigned to their shift. * Conduct audits, analyze, propose, and implement continuous improvement, occupational safety, and environmental actions. * Plan the next shift or day in collaboration with other team leaders to ensure smooth handover and startup of the following shift. * Analyze industrial processes within the area and work organization. * Lead and drive management systems. * Carry out people development activities by exercising team leadership. * Minimum education: Technical Engineering – Agricultural, with specialization in food industries * Minimum experience: 1 year.
