Job Summary: We are seeking to hire a person for the quality department to ensure compliance with standards for products, materials, and processes, performing inspections, analyses, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with quality standards for products and processes. 2. Manage documentation and databases of the quality management system. 3. Support project management and continuous improvement of the team. In Carcastillo, we seek to hire a person for the quality department, aiming to ensure that products, materials, and processes meet established standards. Tasks include conducting inspections, analyses, and tests to verify specifications; managing documentation and databases of the quality management system; preparing reports; and analyzing data. The role also supports project management activities and ensures compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. The ability to plan and prioritize one’s own work, contributing to the team’s continuous improvement, is highly valued. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00. **Professional Experience:** 1–3 years of experience **Education:** University degree. Engineering studies preferred. Other university degrees will also be considered. Analytical, communication, organizational, and regulatory compliance skills. Focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and ability to work autonomously. Interest in technology, quality methodologies, and industrial processes.
