




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) for the Aerospace sector in Madrid, responsible for analyzing non-conformities, managing PPS, and handling technical documentation. We are looking for a QCM for the Aerospace sector in Madrid from our Quality department. What will you do? * Analysis of quality non-conformities: root cause analysis, implementation and follow-up of action plans with suppliers/customers using various methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5W. * Daily management of PPS (Practical Problem Solving). * Handling of technical documentation. * Experience in quality assurance. What profile are we looking for? * Aerospace, Industrial Engineer, Higher Vocational Training graduate, or equivalent. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Familiarity with and knowledge of aerospace regulations.
