Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are hiring a **Continuous Improvement Manager** for an agri-food company. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Analyze and investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformities. * Identify root causes using structured methodologies. * Define and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Standardize processes and develop operational procedures. * Coordinate with various organizational departments to implement improvements. * Monitor actions using control indicators. * Identify improvement opportunities and promote organizational changes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Prior experience in continuous improvement, quality management, or industrial environments. * Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Strong analytical skills and process- and results-oriented mindset. * Experience working with data and performance indicators. * Coordination and cross-departmental collaboration skills. * Proactivity and ability to drive organizational change. **What does the company offer?** * Joining a project with direct impact on process improvement. * A dynamic environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. * Opportunities for professional development in quality and operations. * Active participation in decision-making and organizational optimization. * Salary: approx. 30\-35K
