Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the product industrialization phase in the lighting sector, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational efficiency from development through to mass production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the industrialization of lighting products. 2. Collaborate with design to optimize products and processes. 3. Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes. We seek a professional to join our team and lead the product industrialization phase in the lighting sector, located in Gavà. Their primary responsibility will be to facilitate the transition of designs from development to mass production, ensuring quality, process scalability, and operational efficiency. They will collaborate with the design team to optimize products from the outset, applying principles of manufacturability. They will translate design specifications into concrete technical and operational requirements, ensuring components are reliably manufactured to the expected quality standards—both internally and with suppliers. They will define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring their repeatability. They will identify and eliminate inefficiencies to maximize added value. They will lead prototyping and pre-series testing, coordinating teams to ensure technical feasibility prior to launch. Failure analysis, continuous improvement, and process documentation will also be key responsibilities. They will provide training and technical support to the production team, meeting industrialization deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments is valued, with specific focus on product industrialization, manufacturing process definition, and effective supplier management. A high level of English proficiency is essential—for both professional communication and negotiation. Prior experience in the lighting industry or in industries with similar characteristics will be considered favorably, as will the ability to work and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.
