You will play a vital role in ensuring component excellence and precision, guaranteeing compliance with the most stringent regulatory standards. Your daily responsibilities will focus on verifying product quality and accuracy. Your duties will include programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to confirm adherence to specified tolerances. You must be skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols, ensuring correct execution of manufacturing and inspection processes. You will also perform high-precision manual measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and profilometers, ensuring each part meets dimensional metrology standards. A degree in Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor's in Industrial Technologies Engineering is required, along with demonstrable experience in Dimensional Metrology. In-depth knowledge of measurement techniques and manual tools, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, is essential. Proficiency in programming 3D measuring machines and a proactive, precision-oriented attitude are highly valued. Interpretation Skills: reading industrial drawings and technical GD&T symbols. Programming Skills: advanced knowledge (expert user or programmer level) of 3D measuring machines.
