Continuous professional development and growth opportunities **THE CHALLENGE?** As a **Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer**, you will participate in demanding and multidisciplinary technical projects within the field of **complex mechanical engineering and product development**. You will be responsible for end\-to\-end mechanical design: from concept and specification through validation and delivery in dynamic production environments. You will play an active role both technically and coordinatively, delivering real value to clients and internal teams. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate from the commercial phase, providing technical support during client meetings and proposals. * Translate client needs into technical requirements, preliminary studies, and conceptual designs. * Manage the entire electronic design process: specifications, procurement, assembly, testing, and delivery. * Assume technical responsibilities within the project in coordination with the Project Leader. * Guide clients and technical teams by providing expert judgment, identifying risks, and proposing timely solutions. * Actively contribute to quality assurance and delivery of technically impactful solutions. * Develop follow-up and continuous improvement projects. * Adapt your approach to operational and demanding production environments. Your objective will be to **provide technical clarity, manage the process, and ensure every deliverable generates real value**, aligning with our philosophy: *“People create excellence.”* **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** We seek a candidate with a solid technical foundation, practical vision, and execution capability. **Key Requirements:** * Minimum **3\+ years of experience** in electronic development within industrial/manufacturing environments. * At least **2 years of experience participating in mechanical design projects**. * Experience in requirement definition, specifications, detailed design, and qualification processes. * In-depth knowledge of **DFM, DFT, EMC, and safety regulations**. * Residence in Valencia * Fluent English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with other technical software tools. * Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience working with **high-tech** clients. * Analytical ability, conceptual vision, and strong communication skills with clients and teams. * Content-based technical leadership and results orientation. **YOUR PROFILE** You are a **proactive**, self-motivated individual capable of driving projects forward.
