Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft environments to lead the evolution of corporate platforms and design new services within a hybrid and multinational context. At **Sener**, due to the increasing number of projects across our various Business Units, we aim to incorporate an IT Systems Engineer into our IT Infrastructure team — someone with extensive experience in Microsoft environments — to participate both in supporting and evolving our corporate platforms, and in designing and deploying new technological services within a hybrid and multinational context. **Responsibilities include:** * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration: identity management with Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, security, and governance. * Experience in Microsoft licensing, subscription models, and cost optimization. * Experience with SharePoint Online: architecture, permissions, workflows, and best practices. * Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. * Knowledge of SQL Server: administration and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Technical leadership capability and experience managing and coordinating vendors. * Familiarity with Azure Landing Zone, including experience optimizing cloud costs and performance. * Skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. * Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps. * More than 7 years of experience in similar roles within the IT Systems domain. **What profile do we need?** We seek candidates with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar positions, bringing relevant knowledge and hands-on expertise. A high level of English is mandatory, as many of our projects have an international dimension. Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Systems. Solid understanding of software licensing and administration.
