Professional growth opportunities **Industrial Engineer** *ABC Arquitectura Modular is a company specializing in industrialized construction with over 25 years of experience. We develop, manufacture, and install modular and industrial solutions for education, healthcare, offices, and commercial spaces, using in-house manufacturing, advanced technical processes, and specialized teams.* Role involving participation in projects nationwide. We are looking for an **Industrial Engineer or equivalent**, specialized in structural steel design, to join our industrialized construction projects, with experience in structural design and proficiency in Revit within BIM environments. The candidate will participate in developing industrialized solutions, optimizing construction processes, and ensuring the technical and economic viability of projects. **Essential Requirements** \- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural steel design. \- Advanced proficiency in Revit (structural BIM modeling). **Main Responsibilities** \- Perform structural calculations, sizing, and design for building and industrialized construction projects. \- Prepare associated technical documentation: reports, drawings, and quantity take-offs. \- Conduct technical supervision on site and/or in factory, ensuring correct execution of buildings and compliance with regulations and quality standards. \- Develop and coordinate Revit (BIM) models to ensure structural integration with other disciplines. \- Coordinate with other departments (procurement, production, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives. \- Participate in optimizing structural solutions oriented toward fabrication, transportation, and assembly of industrialized modules. **Key Competencies** \- Technical vision applied to industrialized processes. \- Ability to adapt to dynamic and innovative environments. \- Focus on efficiency, costs, and execution timelines. \- Multidisciplinary teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** \- Prior experience in modular or industrialized construction. \- Knowledge of off-site manufacturing processes. \- Technical English proficiency. **We Offer** \- Participation in innovative industrialized construction projects. \- Dynamic environment with a strong technological component (BIM). \- Professional growth opportunities. \- Competitive terms based on experience.
