We seek passionate, experienced professionals to strengthen our team on large-scale projects. **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Electrical Foreman** with a solid track record and proven experience, particularly in the refinery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing electrical installation work, ensuring operational safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, team management capability, and in-depth technical knowledge of industrial electrical installations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise work teams carrying out installation of electrical supports and cable trays. * Coordinate and execute laying of high- and low-voltage cables. * Supervise installation and proper mounting of interconnection boxes. * Perform and supervise electrical connections of equipment and installations, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Manage and motivate assigned personnel, fostering a safe and productive working environment. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures (OSH), including electrical risk management. * Plan and organize daily and weekly team tasks. * Collaborate closely with other departments (engineering, operations, safety) to ensure project integration and success. * Report task progress and any incidents to the supervisor or project manager. * Ensure correct interpretation and application of electrical drawings and diagrams. **Essential Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably as an Electrical Foreman in the refinery sector. * **Education/Training:** * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) training course. * Electrical Risk training course. * **Technical Knowledge:** Extensive experience in: * Installation of electrical supports and cable trays. * Industrial cabling installation. * Installation of interconnection boxes. * Execution of electrical connections. * **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated experience managing and leading personnel. * **Sector Knowledge:** Familiarity with refinery operational environments and specific regulations. * **Problem-Solving Ability:** Capability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. * **Safety Commitment:** Absolute priority on compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Preferred (Not Mandatory):** * Additional certifications in industrial electricity. * Knowledge of control and automation systems. * Experience in international projects. **What We Offer:** * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Opportunities for professional development. * Involvement in challenging, high-impact projects. * A professional and collaborative work environment. **If you meet the requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge in a dynamic sector, we want to meet you!** **Keywords:** Refineries, Electrical Foreman, Electrical Installation, Team Management, Industrial Safety, OSH, Electrical Risk, Industrial Installations.
