We are looking for a person to fill the position of **Source Quality Administrator** at our **Villalonga** facilities. Main responsibilities include: * Manage and document source quality reports, incidents, non-conformities, and reports. * Analyze RMAs for defective products and packaging improvements periodically, based on suppliers. * Send analysis reports to enable necessary corrective actions. * Continuously monitor high-volume purchasing suppliers to ensure quality and resolve issues. * Inform suppliers about new packaging requirements, inspections, and deadlines. * Notify the Purchasing and Planning departments regarding products unfit for loading or required modifications. * Coordinate and closely track implemented corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities. * Provide documentary support to source quality control teams to validate container cancellations or other decisions. * Organize and archive all documentation related to source quality.
