Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sommelier in fine-dining restaurants, 4\*/5\* hotels, or establishments with a robust wine list. Prior experience in restaurant management or team leadership is desirable. Strong knowledge of national and international wines, appellations, and service techniques. Commercially oriented profile with leadership capability. High level of English is mandatory (regular international clientele).
