From our **Air Defense** units, we participate in the design, development, and validation of **complex and critical systems**, working with cutting-edge technologies in a strategic, high-impact international environment. **Join our Air Defense Systems Engineering team!** We are seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer** to join projects involving **complex Air Defense systems**, participating in activities related to **requirements engineering, integration, verification, and validation**, following **systems engineering methodologies based on INCOSE and the V-Model**. **What will you do?** On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Participate in **Systems Engineering** activities across the entire system lifecycle, from definition through to validation. * Perform **analysis, definition, and specification of complex systems** in the Air Defense domain. * Manage and analyze **system requirements**, ensuring their coherence, consistency, and traceability. * Actively participate in **integration, verification, and validation (V\&V)** processes. * Define and develop **test documentation** across different development phases (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR). * Analyze requirement compliance against test results. * Work with **requirements capture and management tools**, especially **DOORS**. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, coordinating with other technical areas. * Stay updated on **sector trends and technological advances** in Defense. **What are we looking for?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
