Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional to manage maritime imports end-to-end, coordinating with shipping lines and customs authorities to ensure process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervises the entire maritime import process.
2. Coordinates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve unforeseen issues.
3. Reviews and manages key customs documentation.
We are looking for a professional to manage maritime imports. Your role will be to supervise the entire import process—from cargo arrival to final delivery—ensuring everything operates efficiently and correctly.
You will be a key player in ensuring smooth maritime traffic. You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve any unforeseen issues and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate all parties to meet deadlines and comply with regulations. You will also thoroughly review critical documents such as Bills of Lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and Single Administrative Documents (DUA), ensuring accuracy and proper filing.

Higher Vocational Training Degree in International Trade, Transport and Logistics, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing maritime imports. Knowledge of customs documentation and import procedures. Proficiency in office software (Intermediate Excel). Experience with ERP or logistics software is desirable. Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2 level), especially written, is an advantage.
