Your responsibilities will include:** Motivating and engaging the team by example, setting priorities, ensuring organizational efficiency, coordinating sales staff availability on the shop floor, and overseeing daily operational tasks—all while maintaining safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service and promoting sales aligned with customer needs to guarantee satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category. Overseeing maintenance of your assigned department—including merchandise replenishment and stock reliability—through inventory management and effective category management. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** **Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and coordinating in-store teams.** Experience in large-scale distribution and/or retail. Technical or commerce-related higher education (vocational training, undergraduate degree, or university qualification) is highly valued.
