We are looking to hire a **Junior Buyer** to strengthen our purchasing team and ensure the best product selection for our customers. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage the international procurement process of fresh products. * Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers across different markets. * Analyze market trends, pricing, and purchasing conditions. * Coordinate logistics and ensure on-time delivery. * Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal quality-to-price ratio. * Collaborate with logistics, quality, and sales departments to optimize the supply chain. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. * **High level of English (mandatory)**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Interest in international trade, fresh products, and supply chain management. * **No prior experience required**: we seek attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment. **Desirable Skills:** * Negotiation and decision-making abilities. * Analytical skills to assess market trends and costs. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactivity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and results orientation. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a growing company with international projection. * Continuous training and mentoring within the purchasing department. * Real opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and competencies. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment. * Working hours: **8:00–17:00**, with **intensive summer schedule**. * Offices located in **Fort Pienc – Barcelona**.
