You will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication with customers—both **domestic and international**—and for tracking orders and inquiries. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the commercial team, processing orders, preparing quotations and proposals, and generating sales reports. Coordinating with the production department to ensure effective fulfillment of order deadlines and conditions. Handling customer inquiries regarding products, delivery timelines, and resolving incidents in collaboration with logistics, commercial, and production departments. Tracking the entire export order process, from receipt to delivery. Managing documentation archives in accordance with established procedures to comply with confidentiality and data protection regulations. Keeping the customer database updated in the ERP system. **What will make you succeed in this role?** The ideal candidate should possess relevant academic qualifications—preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, International Trade, etc. A high level of English is essential to manage international clients, along with advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems. Experience of at least three years in a similar role—ideally within Export, Commercial, Logistics, or Procurement departments—is highly valued.
