Participation in international projects We are looking for a Product Manager with strategic vision and business orientation to lead the development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs, commercial strategy, and profitability goals. Your mission will be to define, develop, and manage the company's product portfolio, coordinating cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, R\+D, and Operations teams to maximize market impact. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Define and evolve the product portfolio according to market needs. * Design and execute the product roadmap (launches, enhancements, optimizations). * Coordinate product launches and manage the product lifecycle. * Prepare product briefs (requirements, positioning, objectives). * Analyze market, competition, and customer feedback. * Drive Baño 360º solutions. * Ensure product assortment, availability, and consistency. * Lead product communication strategy. * Coordinate creation of materials (catalogs, website, price lists, etc.). * Manage national and international trade fairs and events. * Enhance digital presence of the product. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Product Design, Architecture, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in industrial environments. * Advanced English proficiency (other languages are a plus). * Proficiency in Excel and project management tools. * Experience in product development and interdepartmental coordination. * Proficiency in office software. **What do we offer?** * Salary commensurate with experience and fit for the role. * A solid project within a growing company. * Strategic role with real business impact. * Collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. * Participation in international projects.
