We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a company specializing in the manufacturing and development of capping machinery and complete sealing systems for various industries. Key responsibilities: - Supporting the commercial department. - Administrative management of domestic and international orders. - Monitoring and coordinating exports. - Customer service and support. - Preparation and management of commercial documentation. - Internal coordination with production and sales departments. - Support in international trade tasks and international business development. ### **Requirements** Minimum 2 years’ experience as an International Trade Administrator. Experience in sales within the industrial machinery sector is desirable. Commercial profile with customer orientation and strong organizational skills. Advanced level of English (minimum B2 practical proficiency). An English proficiency test will be conducted during the selection process. Organized, proactive, and team-oriented individual. ### **Offered** Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM – 4:40 PM; Friday intensive shift: 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM Terms: Initial 3-month contract \+ permanent incorporation into staff.
