We bring together specialized AI talent, including machine learning engineers, data experts, language engineers, and software developers, to accelerate ambitious AI initiatives. **Join us in making the future more intelligent!** **About your day\-to\-day:** * **Sourcing \& Mapping:** Proactively find, identify, and engage specialized technical talent for the Spanish market. * **Screening \& Evaluating:** Conduct initial technical and behavioral evaluations of candidates to ensure their capabilities and soft skills match specific project requirements. * **Candidate Management:** Guide candidates seamlessly through the interview process, acting as their primary point of contact up until the offer negotiation and acceptance stage. * **Reporting \& Handover:** Keep tracking systems updated, provide regular status reports on pipeline health to your reporting **Talent Acquisition Business Partner**, and ensure a smooth handover once an offer is accepted. *Note: All post\-offer activities, contract drafting, and formal onboarding will be handled entirely by the corresponding****Talent Acquisition Business Partner****who takes over the candidate process post\-offer acceptance.* **This is for you if you have:** * Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, specifically with a track record of identifying and hiring specialized profiles of various seniority, such as Manual Testers, Automation Testers, AI Engineers, Language Engineers, and Software Engineers. * Strong candidate engagement skills with a track record of guiding talent to accepted offers. * A goal\-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak periods. * Fluency in English. **What is in it for you?** * **Flexibility of Location:** This role offers complete global flexibility; you can work remotely from anywhere in the world.
